🌿 Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any freeze-dried or edible items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of pickup and we’ll do our best to make it right.

📍 Local Pickup Only
We currently do not offer shipping. All orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase.
If your order is not picked up within that time:

The order will be cancelled

You will not be automatically refunded

You’ll receive store credit equal to your order total
Pickup details such as location will be emailed to you after checkout and are also shown at checkout prior to purchase.
💳 Payments
All payments are processed securely through the Wix platform.
We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment information. Your data is protected and encrypted through Wix’s secure checkout.
⚠️ Allergen Notice
While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, our products are produced in a kitchen that may handle:
nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, and other common allergens.
If you have food allergies, please contact us before placing an order.
🏡 Cottage Food Law
All of our freeze-dried items are produced in a home kitchen under Michigan’s Cottage Food Law.
Our products are not inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development. We follow all required safety and labeling guidelines.
🎯 Limited-Time Products & Custom Orders
Most of our products are made in small-batch, limited runs and may not be restocked.
If you’d like to request something custom or special, please email us at hello@honeycombandharvest.com.
We’re currently working on a formal custom request form.
